Fall 2009 Sorority Recruitment Registration Instructions

Registration must be completed on-line using the link below. Please note the following instructions for completing the form:

Please use normal capitalization when inputting your information. Do NOT use ALL CAPS or all lower case letters.

Student ID – Please use your SDSU Red ID without dashes.

College Address – If you plan to be living in a residence hall and have received your hall assignment, please indicate the name of the hall. If you don’t know your room number yet, leave that field blank.
Important: If you don’t know your mailing address for the fall semester, use your current address because the Address 1, City, State, and Zip Code fields are required.

Hometown – This is a required field. Use this format: Los Angeles, CA - Do not list Orange County as your hometown.

High School – If you are a continuing or transfer college student, leave this page blank.

Current College – If you are a first-time freshman, leave the Hours Completed and College GPA fields blank. If you are a continuing or transfer student, enter the total number of units completed from all institutions attended for the Hours Completed field and enter your cumulative college GPA, as of spring 2009, in the College GPA field. Please note that your grade point average information will be verified with the SDSU Registrar before it is released to the sororities. If you are taking summer session classes and want to have your summer grades included in your cumulative GPA, please bring or mail a copy of your summer grade report to the Fraternity and Sorority Life prior to the registration deadline (September 18). Note that for continuing and transfer college students, a minimum college cumulative and/or SDSU GPA of 2.20 is required to participate in recruitment; however, most chapters have a minmum GPA requirment between 2.5 and 2.8.

College History – If you are a first-time freshman, leave this page blank. Others should include information from all colleges and universities attended, including SDSU if you are a continuing student. For “hours” use the number of units completed at each institution.

Contact Information – Please complete information for your parents or legal guardians.

Payment - After you review and submit your information, you will automatically be taken to the secure GreekBill Web site to pay your registration fee. ($35 by September 12, $45 between September 13-18). You can either pay with a credit card or by electronic check. If you want to pay by check, the GreekBill site will give you instructions for entering your bank routing number and checking account number. If you do not have a credit card or a checking account, you can pay in person with cash or money order in the Student Life and Leadership office, Room 1661, Student Services Building West or mail a money order (please do not mail cash) to SDSU Panhellenic Association, Fraternity & Sorority Life, Student Life and Leadership, 5500 Campanile Drive, MC 7440, San Diego, CA 92182.

Confirmation - After you register, a confirmation will be sent to the e-mail address you provide.
